About the project
Urban Hibachi was a one-location, modern sushi restaurant seeking brand direction in order to open 2nd location and prepare for possible franchise model.
All four menus were redesigned with new brand direction, including production of a custom one-of-a-kind dinner menu. Recommendations were solicited for the interior of both retail locations to synchronize with new branding, including wall coverings, furnishings, window treatments and signage. Additional analysis was given on existing marketing expenditures, POS collateral and direct mail marketing, for cost savings.
